This one is best for individuals, but I guess teams would be chaotic

This one couldn't be simpler, all they have to do is tell you how to draw a flower. They are not allowed to see what you are drawing and as the drawer you have to take all instructions literally. Drawing that looks most like a flower wins. This game will require you to separate people from each other while they are performing the task, the others could be off doing a different game.
Scoring is, as always, completely arbitrary, you can award only the best flower or award points on a sliding scale from best to worst. Decide how you wish based on the number of players.
It doesn't have to be a flower, but it does work well, pick whatever you like.
Another approach to this that also works well is to supply the picture they are supposed to be describing, at the end it will be the one that most looks like the original that wins.
As the drawer you can be as difficult or as accommodating as you like, it is very easy to deliberately misinterpret instructions while still strictly doing what they say. A good example of this would be if they don't specifically tell you where to start drawing from or how big to make something.
