Have the players stand in a line in front of you, you will list of three body parts, all they have to do is point to the correct body part. First to do so will win points. The correct body part will be the one that is second alphabetically. Once a person has pointed to a body part, they cannot change their mind. 

As the game master, make sure your lists clearly note which is correct.

This can be made easier or harder simply by the body parts you choose to list, or the number of body parts in the list. I like to go with things like: Heart, Hand, Head. You can institute a time limit of 2 seconds, and anyone who is too slow does not get the points.

I have played this where those who are incorrect, to slow or last are eliminated, and you only award the last one standing, but it's up to you how harsh you are.

I have sometimes played a second round where they now have to point to the body part that contains the second most letters, because changing the rules just when everyone has started to get the hang of it is funny to me.
