The rules are pretty simple, you have a set amount of time to get a cookie from your forehead in to your mouth without using your hands (or anything else).

Scoring is, as always, completely arbitrary, you can award only the players who manage it within the time or to anyone who comes close. Decide how you wish based on the number of players.

There's no improving this one, it's a classic.
