Hula Hoops (yes, you'll need to buy something, but you should be practicing the hula hoop anyway.)
This one is best for teams of 3
This one is outside
Set the teams up so each player on the team is roughly the same distance from the others in a triangle. The teams can decide which of their players starts, and this can change between attempts. The start player will throw the hula hoop to the second player, the second player will roll the hula hoop to the third player and the third player will throw the hula hoop over the first player. Players may not move from their starting spot, if any of the passes fail, they must start back at the beginning. First team to succeed in getting the hula hoop all the way round wins.
Scoring is, as always, completely arbitrary, you can award only the winning team or give points to the teams that came closest. Decide how you wish based on the number of players.
Distance is key to the difficulty here, so set it accordingly. It would be miraculous if a team succeeds on their first try but they should get closer every time.
If you have the space to have all teams trying at the same time it adds to the pressure as they watch their competition.
