Give everyone 5 popsicle sticks, one of them should be cut shorter than the rest. Starting with a random player they will arrange their sticks in their hand so only the round edges and about an inch of stick is showing, they will then wink and point to one saying "this is the shortest stick." The other person will then choose one of the sticks and take it, if it is the short stick the winker is eliminated. Either way it is the person who pulled the stick's turn to get someone to pull one of their sticks. Last one standing wins.

Scoring is, as always, completely arbitrary, you can award only the winner or award points on a sliding scale based on elimination. Decide how you wish based on the number of players.

You can use a lot of different items for this if you don't have popsicle sticks: coffee stirrers, paper straws, toothpicks, etc. You could even do it with something like pencils or pens and add masking tape to the bottom of one of them instead of having a shorter stick, just change the wording accordingly.

When it is down to 3 people you can have everyone remove two of their long sticks before continuing.
